Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@danielabraga.eu to receive the return form and the address of our logistics inspection centre.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in the circumstances provided for by law, to the following items:

• goods made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been removed or broken after delivery.

In the case of underwear or shapewear, the hygiene exception applies only when the item was delivered with a hygiene seal and that seal has been removed or broken. These products are not automatically excluded from return solely because of their category.

Sale items or items sold at a reduced price may be returned under the same conditions as items sold at the regular price.

These exceptions do not affect the customer’s rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrect items, or items that do not correspond to the description provided.

This wording correctly distinguishes the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal and does not generally exclude sale items or shapewear.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide justification.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
